        Through testing, I am a relatively balanced Learner, but my Action Learner has the highest score and information Learner has the lowest score, which is usually the fastest way to get information in practice. In my daily life, I will learn new skills in practice. At the same time, I don't like to look for answers to questions in books, although the information in the book is more clear and logical. I also learn from books when I am interested in problems.

    4. Reflect briefly on the accuracy and the impact of your questionnaire results.

        I think the results of the test are different from what I know about myself. This allowed me to start seriously analyzing my behavior. At the same time through my friends to my evaluation, I think my friend's judgment is one-sided, the degree to which my friend's heart, I think I am above the average level, I will expand the scope of data collection in the future for a more comprehensive understanding about themselves.

My current situation is to undertake the project management graduate study. In the current situation, I have two main points in my career and life plan. When I finish my postgraduate study and get a master's degree, I will go back to my country to find a job. My main job is in the direction of business finance. During my undergraduate study, I majored in finance. Therefore, I have sufficient knowledge and skills reserve for financial knowledge. My plan is to enter the investment company before the postgraduate study. I wish I could be a reputable investor and be able to independently complete the portfolio and risk. Through the current postgraduate courses, I gradually find that I have a very high interest in management major. So, my career plan for the next two years is transformed from an investment company to a consulting firm. In the consulting company, I often meeting with executives and even CEOs of the world's top companies. I think I deal with a variety of projects each year, including finance, management and company operations. Solve practical problems of other companies through self and team knowledge. Every month, I may need to fly to different regions and countries to conduct field trips on customer issues to solve the problem more effectively. Because of the nature of the work, I think it takes a lot of different areas of knowledge. At present, I think my skills and competencies are not enough to cope with two years' work. I have certain knowledge of finance and management knowledge. I have learned that leadership is also a very important part of my current study. In my opinion, I need to deepen my study of leadership and communication, because these two kinds of knowledge are my direct ability to communicate with others. I can't get help from my team.  And I think the leadership and project management both need good communication skills. During my study, I realized that people showed different ways of communication in different situations. I will analyze each question carefully and make appropriate choices about my communication habits. However, in daily life, emotions have a major impact on communication. I asked my friend how I communicated. I have many different answers to how to communicate. They think my communication with me is direct. Through self-analysis of this situation, I realized that the influence of culture will decline. When communicating with friends, the influence of personality will rise. As mentioned above, cultural factors can establish communication rules between strangers. With the development of the relationship, the influence of cultural background will be replaced by intimate relationship. Any change in mood has a direct effect on style. So, I also need to learn a lot about communication and human resource management.

My Strengths:

My leadership style is based on my analysis of events. Through interpersonal skills, I will understand the strengths and abilities of team members. At the same time, I will take my knowledge as an example to set an example to solve these problems. But I do lack change, and I prefer to use the experience of my predecessors to deal with existing problems, which often pose some risks. I will try to develop my strengths and develop a series of leadership improvement projects.

My Development Opportunities:

What I need most is to improve character, because my personality is often due to mistakes in the project, which is my weakness. I need to improve character. At the same time, when I didn't notice, I often behaved unkindly, and I needed to be more patient with strangers. For leaders, it is important to work with the team, and it often happens with external collaboration. Therefore, I can improve my emotional ability, and I can complete my role more efficiently in the later work.

To Be Successful In My Role, These Competencies Are Most Critical :

In my opinion, I need to improve my personal ability and change ability. Through the promotion of these abilities I believe that I will help achieve greater achievements in my career. First, I need to improve my communication skills. I will communicate more with others in my daily work. Listen to them and encourage them. I think the performance of the leadership is very much depends on communication skills. Then, I will translate the vision and goals of the organization into challenging and meaningful goals through critical leadership skills. The next step in my career development will be to enter an administrative role.

Learning Plan Proposal

b)      A detailed description of the project, including key milestones. It is expected that the project will include a series of actions you can take in the next four weeks to develop the leadership competency identified in your development goal.    

c)      Expected outcomes of the project in terms of your development, your team, your department/company, etc.

d)      Your feedback sources including the name of your learning partners.

A.          For me, my goal is to be a qualified organizational leader. I believe that my current leadership is very deficient although I have certain advantages in some respects. I think it is necessary to be competent to be a competent organizational leader. The leadership tent model has five main factors that influence the degree of leadership. They are Character, Personal capability, Focus on results, Interpersonal skills, and Leading change. Through previous testers, I think I have some advantages in Focus on results and Interpersonal skills, and I will continue to develop my advantages in this field. My performance on Focus on results is that if I'm setting goals, I'm going to think about the difficulty and sustainability of the goals. If I think the goal of the project is to have obvious logical holes, I will make change. Although I have no experience as a leader in a business organization, I think my interpersonal skills are excellent. I am a very positive person at work, and I inspire others when the team project is blocked. In my opinion, a good leader should be able to help the team solve problems effectively and actively in times of trouble instead of avoiding it.

                    At the same time, I will consciously improve other elements of leadership           in the following study.

B.           In the next four studies, I will first improve my Personal capability, and the poles of Personal ability describe the individual's intelligence, emotion and skills. It includes the ability to analyze and solve problems and technical capabilities. It needs to be able to create a clear vision and sense of purpose. Great leaders need these skills. Leadership cannot be delegated to others. Leaders must be emotionally resilient, trust others, and be confident enough to hold effective meetings and speak well in public. (Iames, 2016) I think it is a relatively simple factor for me in leadership, and I can greatly improve my leadership ability in a short time through the improvement of my personal ability. At the same time, because I have good interpersonal skills, I think it also helps me to improve my personal ability quickly. I can get direct and effective advice by learning from others. By asking other team members what they think of me, I think I can quickly gain personal improvement. Other team members can also be heard to improve their personal abilities in the discussion group. This process is expected to take one week, so I think it will be completed by the end of the third week.

In the 4th to 6th week of study, I will focus on improving my Character ability, although in the leadership tent z wmodel, I will start with the center pole that represents the individual Character. Personality is the core of leadership effectiveness. The moral standards of leaders, integrity and authenticity are very important. With a strong personality, leaders are never afraid to be open and transparent. But I think my shortcomings are very clear. I hope I can improve my leadership ability through three weeks training. First, I will use higher moral standards in my daily study and life. I believe that the high moral standard of a qualified leader is gradually formed in daily life. When I do my   team work I will ask for my own behavior through the team rule. At the same time, the supervision of other members of the group lowered their level of integrity.

In the sixth week, I will make a conscious development of Leading change. Another manifestation of leadership is the ability to make positive changes. The highest expression of leadership involves change. Caretaker managers can keep things going, but they need leaders if they are to pursue new directions or improve performance. For many leadership roles, the first four tent poles may be all necessary. Until a person enters a leading strategic change, the final tent pole is required. I didn't develop it in the last week because it didn't matter. I think this ability is a higher requirement for leaders. I need to meet the basic requirements of leadership to become a qualified leader and develop this capability. At the same time, I think it will take six to eight weeks to improve the leadership, and I will continue to develop my leadership after the course is accepted. In my future study life, I will look for new solutions when thinking about problems. Improve me ability of "change" on my leadership by thinking about solutions to problems. At the same time, I also practiced brainstorming with the team members. In my opinion, it is helpfuol to listen to others' opinions and think about other people's ideas, so as to improve my leadership change.

C.           I think that through the improvement of leadership skills, I personally will have a greater development. Because I became a more capable leader. My team will be more efficient because of my change, and the team members will benefit from it. I think companies and departments will pay more attention to us because of the change of our team.

Commitment Statement

        I don't think the level of leadership is determined by the lowest level of competence. I think any good leader has his own leadership qualities. They have both the advantages and disadvantages of being a great leader. Great leaders are said to be great leaders, not because they have no flaws, but because they take advantage of them. Great leaders, such as apple's Steve jobs or tesla motors' Eon musk, can be called stingy leaders. But the charm of the two companies under their leadership cannot be ignored. Jobs didn't want to leave with apple because of another executive's idea. Apple has long not worth praising the product, at the same time Pixar film work, under his leadership, from a bankruptcy Pixar animation studio has become as important as the Disney film and television empire. We can't ignore the shortcomings of our jobs in leadership, but his pursuit of transformational outcomes and leadership skills is beyond doubt.

        In my opinion, it is very important to learn from the lack of leadership, because in every respect, it is the dream of every organization to be a good leader. But in the real world, there is no perfect leader. In my opinion, leaders who bring their strengths to the extreme can be seen as great leaders. When jobs returned to apple as chief executive, his leadership changed and that was the development and reflection of his leadership. He also retains his former leadership strengths. I believe that a good leader and his leadership can be stretched to the limit. At the same time, develop your leadership skills as much as possible. Because I believe that a great leader is thinking about the strengths of the leader and should consider the fatal flaw of the leader when necessary. In my opinion, successful leaders are those who work together on strengths and weaknesses.
