Create a report card for two healthcare facilities of your choice and provide an overall summary. Then consider the following:

· If you were trying to make a decision about which hospital to use for healthcare for yourself or a family member, would you find this information useful? Why or why not?

· How might this information be useful if you worked for a healthcare facility yourself?

· What are some challenges of obtaining patient satisfaction/experience data? Do you think the survey questions are useful?

· Is there other data or information that you would add to the report card? What would it be?
