You are a teacher in Access Independent School District and must professionally deal with problems that may occur in your classroom. You have one student, Johnny Appleseed, in particular that is struggling on a consistent basis. Johnny is having a difficult time paying attention and is struggling with math concepts presented during class.

Write a note home to Mr. & Mrs. Smith requesting a parent conference meeting at school to discuss Johnny's difficulties in the classroom.
