Write a Professional Development Goal

Write a S.M.A.R.T. goal to improve the Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to be understood: This is an area which I feel I struggle in. I am able to communicate but I am a very bad listener. I do care and try to be a positive problem solver, but as I stated I must practices the skill of learning to listen and understanding what people are saying. Rank 5
