write a paper

  The paper builds upon learning acquired from the weekly reading and classroom discussions that took place throughout the course.  You will select a capital improvement project appropriate for the government sector in which you work or in which you have an interest. For example, if you work or have a strong interest in health care, this term paper could be based on a fictional proposed new pediatric wing of a hospital. The Term Paper will be a capital improvement project plan with you designated as the Project Manager.
