This exercise introduces two different types of leadership behavior: task-oriented and relationship-oriented behavior. Both styles have their advantages and disadvantages and can be used effectively within an organization depending on the situation presented.

Using your  the Internet, explain the difference between task-oriented and relationship-oriented leadership behaviors.
