Open visual studio using the start button on the windows taskbar and the all programs submenu. Close the start page. Click the new project button on the standard toolbar.  Begin a Windows Application project and title the project collegeregulationcosts. Name the Form object. HINT • Add a New Item to the Project Click Project on Title the Form Object With the frmRegistrationCostForm selected, change the Text property to College Registration Costs. • Change the Form Class Name In the selection winwow, right click form1.vb, select rename on the shortcut menu and change the class name to frmRegistrationCostForm.vb
