Research either a specific bankruptcy or a specific M&A. Find at least two articles related to the action. Prepare a two page summary of your findings. Be sure to link your findings to concepts discussed in the readings. Please include the links to your articles.

• If you research a bankruptcy, why did the company enter bankruptcy? What happened or is likely to happen? What are the issues surrounding the bankruptcy?

• If you research an M&A, why did the merger / acquisition happen? What economic benefits were expected to appear? How did the merger go?

Your summary should be written in a professional manner. Break your paper into relevant sections (with section titles), and be sure the paper flows well both visually and logically.
