Week 7 Course Project

In this week, we effectively conclude the management/leadership action plan by identifying areas for future growth. In this assignment, you will effectively combine the previous submissions into the outline format created in Week 1. As to the final section, you will write a 1 page summary in which you explore some of the strengths and weaknesses identified through the creation of this action plan. You will also identify a plan for future growth.
