Employees are the primary assets of an organization. As a manager, you will be required to make business decisions, and often these decisions will involve or affect employees in your organization. This course introduces you to the legal regulations and issues surrounding the basic techniques and procedures of human resources management.
With this in mind, reflect on the theories, concepts, and strategies presented in this course as you respond to the following:
