I have 2 questions below and i need 2 pargrahs per question.  Each pargraph  must have at least 5 sentences.

Question 1.

• Topics: what are emotions and moods?, emotional labor, affective events theory, emotional intelligence, emotion regulation, and OB applications of emotions and moods.
• Discussion: Leading with Your Head and Your Heart

Next, detail the significant ways that an awareness of emotional intelligence can improve a leader’s effectiveness. Select a situation in which you demonstrated emotional intelligence that improved your effectiveness as a leader, either in your professional or personal life.

Question 2.

• Topics 1: personality, values, linking an individual’s personality and values to the workplace, and international values.
• Topics 2: what is perception?; person perception: making judgments about others; the link between perception and individual decision making; decision making in organizations; influences on decision making: individual differences and organizational constraints; what about ethics in decision making?; and creativity, creative decision making, and innovation in organizations.
• Discussion: I used to be indecisive. Now I’m not so sure.

Next, provide an example of how your personality and values have influenced your actions and / or decisions in your current or past organization. Be specific as to the particular action or decision that your personality and values influenced. Next, construct your own decision-making maxim, and explain the significant way(s) that your personality and values align to said maxim.
• Analyze the manner in which perceptions can influence the integration of diversity in an organization. Next, explore the influence that perception can have on the way in which a person would make an ethical decision based on the three (3) ethical decision criteria discussed in the text.
