Article Review: Workplace Diversity

Select two recent articles from ProQuest that focus on the impact of cultural diversity on business and that deal with comparable or similar themes. (You may use the recommended articles.) Prepare a 3-4 page comparative article review. The first section of your paper should summarize the articles and identify the author's main points. The next section of your paper should offer an analysis and examination of these main issues. Finally, conclude your paper with a synthetic comparative analysis of the two articles addressing how your findings or recommendations could be applied in the real world. Address the applicability to a workplace diversity training program.
