Select a technology, such as Flash or Microsoft's ActiveX, that is popular but not universal. You may select a technology that is established or emerging, and available on between 35% and 85% of Web browsers. Assume that you are consulting for a company whose website relies heavily on this technology. The company's executives are hesitant to invest the substantial sum of money to remove and replace the technology, but they want all their customers to be able to access their web content, regardless of what type of home computer or mobile device they have.

Recommend that the new site retain the existing technology and how to make this content accessible to all users.  List the two most compelling arguments that support your stance. Cite the textbook and/or external sources you identify in your research.
