identify and select a WMD event;  describe the type of event, the effects, fabrication, and development of the WMD event; and  discuss the environmental, political, economic, and sociological effects of the WMD event. In addition to identifying the WMD event that will serve as the basis for the research project, the student must provide a brief description that explains why they chose this event for their research. The description should be 300-400 words. Part 1 of the Research Project should be no more than one page in length.
