The building is four stories high. As you and your crew take a walk through of the building, what concerns do you have for this occupancy conversion? What specific concerns do you have in relation to the construction type and what is the likelihood of building collapse in the event of a fire at this occupancy?

Heavy timber and mill construction may not seem as common as ordinary construction in today's building industry. Compare the advantages and disadvantages that heavy timber construction has in withstanding loads and stresses in comparison to ordinary construction types.
