Unit 3 2nd week response needed from instructor

One thing I have learned throughout my years in this profession is to use SOP's. This helps to keep the organization safe along with keeping managers from being put into compromising positions. I tell any new employee to become familiar with SOP's which has proven to be so helpful. When I have to document staff,  I use them as a way to illustrate key points.  Have you reviewed your organization SOP's lately?
