Two case brief (due after 24 hours)

There are  two CONTRACT  casesthat can be briefed. (case20.2 & case20.3)

Each case brief will consist of one page, double spaces.

The following must be included:

Name of case and where case decided (which court).

Brief statement of facts.

Legal question to be decided.

Judgement or decision of the court.

Text book page number where case was found.
