Theory X/Theory Y

List the pros and cons of using the Theory X versus Theory Y management styles. I recommend that you use a listing format (for example, a bullet format) for your response.

In addition to listing the pros and cons of each theory, do the following:

• Name the management style used to describe each of these management theories.
• List two jobs that you believe fit each of these two management theories.
• Identify what type of leadership/management style exists where you work.
