1. Research the Web site www.salary.com or one of the IT-specific sites to explore job skills needed for various IT-related jobs and the salary ranges for those jobs based on geographical areas. 
2. Complete a 2-3 page paper with an abstract and conclusion in APA format (plus cover sheet and reference page) that discusses latest IT job skills needed in the current market for IT professionals and how one would prepare themselves for the current job set skills in the IT market. 
3. Use the following key words when you do your research: Systems Analyst, Systems Designer, Application Programmer, Systems Programmers, Hardware Personnel, Computer Operations, Network Administrator, Database Administrator and Chief Information Officer.
