System Analysis and Design- Design Phase
The project objective is to improve an existing system. In this case, design a automation system for CAR form. Some issue of this process is that it takes a long time to obtain an access and it can generates a lot of error since the whole process has a lot of human labor involved.The Computer Account Request (CAR) form is used for initial access to school computers (Staff, Faculty, Guests and Contractors) or if any additional access to computer resources is needed. Students will automatically have computer access if they are current students. Students need CAR forms for additional access such as departmental resources, administrative applications and web development.
