S.W.O.T analysis

I need to write a SWOT analysis paper on my internship workplace. however, this should be easy because i am an intern at the Libyan mission to the United Nations. it's not a business company, it's an embassy. There is an ambassador who's in charge of the embassy, other regular diplomats, and few secretaries. 
So I need you to make up a full 5 page SWOT analysis paper.

the reason i need you to do it is because it has to be perfectly written.

focus on the internal workings within the internship organization as well as the external forces affecting the organization's performance. Research has shown that organizations that take a strategic approach to the business are often more successful than those who do not. It is important to be able to look beyond the daily activities of the workplace and become aware of those business factors which contribute to the long-term success of the organization.

Here is how it should be done:

1- Begin the paper with a BRIEF introduction to your internship company "the Libyan Mission t

2- Use side headings with the names of the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) topics.

3- Eliminate personal remarks or comments like the words I, my, me, our, us, in my opinion, I think. Write in the third person (about the company) not in the first (meaning you).

4- Add a short conclusionary paragraph at the end of the document.

5- Add a 4 to 5 Works Cited page MLA format.
