Strategic Goals
PART II: Students will develop a set of priority strategic goals and identify the resources necessary to achieve the goals. Establishing strategic goals is a disciplined, organized way of describing your health care organization’s strategic direction and how it will get there.
Where does the organization want to go and why?
As the strategic planners answer those questions, they will need to also be clear about the types of resources that the health care organization needs to get to the next level. Resources can include people (intellectual capital and unique skill sets), money, buildings, equipment and strategic partners.
