Statistics regression analysis example.

I need to see all work for this.  You can use ten or less x/y values for the example.  Maybe time studied for x and grades for y.  I need to know what two things are being used if time and grades are not used.  Include coefficient of determination and test of significance.  Instructions included with attachment.
