Standard Alignment Activity

Two documents can be found here one is an example of what I'm looking for with this activity, the second is a template for you to download, populate and submit for credit.  

Using the topic (Safety & Injury Prevention” Adolescent/Young Adult Ages 18-26”) I want you to identify ONE activity for each of the 8 health education standards. I'm looking for an alignment between the standard and the activity. Be creative and think about ACTIVITIES you might include in your final learning plan.
