SQL statement

I have already created each table and inserted the information. I am trying to figure out how to get the result listed on the instruction document with the tables I have created.  Attached is my code and the instructions.  At the bottom where it says " code for final display" is the only statement that hasn't gone through. It is sql oracle. For an expert this is 5 mins. It is only one statement.
