1 Second Iteration Training The second iteration is concerned with the tools and SQL development used to develop learning from the first iteration. The iteration includes the lessons like creating the reports data querying and Oracle introduction version. This enabled me to interact with SQL Toad development and practices. This practice provided better quality maintenance, the performance of the SQL databases.

 1 This assisted me to understand clearly how the training program is vital in the SQL employment in the contemporary time databases, mobile applications as well as other fields of applications.  1 I prepared to focus on the ideas taught by the supervisor or senior colleagues to ensure that I got the entire topic and queried to understand the roles and responsibilities in connection with SQL developer.

I intentionally prepared my instructional period on varied SQL developer tools to have full information of the allotted time. I planned to study how to Redgate techniques are useful in the incorporation of the database which is far beyond the training session if the time allows. I also planned to stress mostly on the objects of the database as well as flashback user support in this iteration. I have planned to work in coordination with some of the trainers to acquire the required insight that further assists me in the future iterations with no much strain.

Plan While gathering the facts, I planned to interact and discuss with all my team members and the users who were involved in the project to discover their requirements to be encompassed in the real-time environment. Since coding is needed in the project, I arranged to network with my company CEO and database administrators to know how much technology could be employed.

1 I observed that the systems for restoring data in the company existed and each policy were workable depending on the situation that took place. I also saw that the IT backup group was offered with an opportunity to solve security incidents and technical issues. 1 They helped me to understand how significant data recovery is and backup for the company in real time. Working hand in hand with the colleagues in charge of recovery and backup was very rudimentary as from them I observe how to work with the team2 This session took a long time as compared to iterations, but it was significant as it assisted me to deal with the concepts of the data recovery and data backup from the original stage of implementation. 1 The procedure to test the backup included the individual records, outer media, and a number of selected files for this purpose.1 The backup testing process comprised the testing of the number of the files and the records that were in catalog as well as other outer media. There was a test conducted on both offline and online media. The backup testing took place as follows.
