1.      Further discuss and explain the following quote in “Young at Risk” in chapter 2 of the textbook, which reads, “The contaminants accumulate in greater density with every link up the food chain as PCB’s, pesticides and other organochlorines progress from plant and fish to seals, whales, polar bears and humans.”
