Singer on solving poverty

Singer claims that we are morally obligated to contribute to famine relief via reliable relief organization, if we can do so without making a morally significant sacrifice. Explain his argument to this conclusion. Then, explain whether or not you have acted in the way Singer argues is morally required of us - and why or why not.
