simple .Net webpage dev help

Hi, I need someone to make a simple webpage that takes in two values;

1- a price value of a product

2- a percentage value of the sale made on it. 

then produces the price after the percentage is applied. 

 

Please do it using Visual webdeveloper and .NETframework.
