Research a process that has been substantially improved by information systems. (the change of Registering for classes through school online system is one example.) Briefly describe the before and after processes. Describe how the process was improved. Was the process more efficient/effective for both the organization and its customers? How?  Write 1-to-2 page based on the questions and instruction.
