Short answer
Most prehistoric cultures were matricentric and not patriarchal - that is, the role of women was more central, or more powerful, than the role of men. What aspects of matricentrism (if any, in your opinion) should be revived in our modern patriarchal society? And which are better left in the dustbin of history?
