1. Carefully read the article on Shearer’s Foods (reference the pdf file).  The plant provides a great example of the implementation of sanitary plant design and sanitary equipment design.  After reading the article, answer the following questions:

    

    

    

   1. Describe how the plant implemented each of the 11 Principles of Sanitary Facility Design

       

   2. Describe how the plant implemented each of the 10 Principles of Sanitary Equipment Design

       

   3. Describe at least five sanitation best practices.
