As you examine PepsiCo leadership at the end of the case, analyze the prototyping, if any, that leadership is undertaking as a way to experiment with the future. Consider whether PepsiCo leadership is following Scharmer's (2008) advice: "This means to prototype the new in order to explore the future by doing, to create a little landing strip of the future that allows for hands-on testing and experimentation" (p. 56).
