Everyone learns differently and processes information at different rates. Most people also have a preferential mode or style of learning: reading, listening, doing, looking a visuals. These are called learning styles. For your nutrition education program, how would you be certain that methods for implementing your learning experiences met the learning styles of most of your participants? What methods would you use and how would you check for understanding? In your answer also discuss your skill level at presenting and what steps you could take to improve your public speaking abilities.
