Interview a registered dietician or nutritionist in your community.

Include the following questions in your interview:

1. What is the demographic information of the population being served?
2. What is type of facility or program (i.e. government, non-government, hospital, etc.)?
3. How long has the facility been in existence and length of tenure of the participant?
4. What duties are performed?
5. What challenges are encountered in nutrition and health education?
6. What types of resources are used in their work?
7. Do they have partnerships with other community organizations?

Summarize this interview and include the following:

1. Describe your approach as a health educator to addressing issues of nutrition and fitness.
2. What challenges might a health educator face as a consultant in a fitness facility?
3. How would a health educator work with a client to address issues of improper nutrition?

Prepare a 3-5 page paper based on the above requirements (not including title page and reference page) and list at least three scholarly references. Wikipedia is not an acceptable reference.
