You are the Safety Manager of a large vertically integrated furniture manufacturer and retailer.  You team consists of safety, industrial hygiene, occupational health, and environmental quality professionals.  It is budget time and you know you will not get all the resources (budget, personal, training, etc.) you would like.  First, how do to prioritize your budget to ensure the most important “things” are funded?  Second, how do you justify your prioritization of the funds requested?
