This assignment is part of the continuing Project Management Project that we have been working on.  This section is the Communication Management Plan.  The Communications Management Plan will include the following components:

 Communications Planning
 Information Distribution
Performance Reporting
 Managing Stakeholders

As this is a group project portions of the plan are distributed and I have been assigned the portion of  Communication Planning and that is what I need you to do.  Please find the charter below and make sure that the plan in accordance with the charter.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions prior to completing the assignment.  The assignment needs to be completed by 6pm (Eastern Standard Time) this evening so that I can submit.
