Risks of HRIS Implementation

Implementing a HRIS benefits an organization by streamlining record keeping and other tedious office operations. Along with the benefits of HRIS, there are risks.

Write a 3 pages (not including cover and reference pages), highlighting at least five risk factors that may occur during the implementation of a HRIS. The paper should give specifics of each risk factor and explain how each risk could be minimized or avoided.
