Risk Analysis for Kispy Kreme

I am doing a project where I represent Dunkin Donuts and we are looking to acquire Krispy Kreme.  This week I must evaluate the risk factors for the target acquisition company.  Evaluate risk factors present in the parent (acquiring) company. Prepare a report on this analysis.  The key us to identify the major risk exposures and how they can be mitigated.
