Restaurant Article Summary

Assignment :

Locate and read an article related to restaurants. (A random one. Not the first one to show up on google because I can't have similar work to other students.)

One a word document write :

1) Heading (Name of the article, Authors, Name of Journal, Source of where found the article)

2) A summary of the article in your own words including key points of information

3) How it relates to a topic covered in class. (It is a restaurant management class, so make it up.)

4) How the information may relate or be useful in a career that I may see myself in the future. (Hospitality industry)

5) Include citation in APA format

6) Attach copy of article to the paper. (The link)
