You shared a very interesting point as it relates to what type of organization you would prefer to work for. Non-profit organizations do provide a wealth of services to our communities. However, they exist to make money as well in which they do struggle to make a profit. Many individuals who work for this type of organization may not always be paid a high salary but they are extremely passionate about working in the field. How would you recruit others to consider working for this type of organization?
