I just need a respose to this post 100 words

There is a direct correlation between human motivation and behavior modification. Educators must be able to connect with students to understand what encourages them in a way to get the desired responses. There are some individuals who are motivated intrinsically and others who are motivated extrinsically. Intrinsic motivation is when a person is self-motivated and does not need an external incentive (Intrinsic Motivation, n.d.). I like to call this a person’s “internal drive”. This type of person sets goals and the act of achievement is sufficient. Then, there are individuals like myself who are extrinsically motivated. Extrinsic motivation is the search for satisfaction, or to avoid dissatisfaction through aspects of the environment from others or through the efforts of others (Extrinsic Motivation, n.d.). There are times I need an extra push especially through words of encouragement. For someone to say “Good job!” does wonders for me. Likewise, when I feel I have disappointed someone and am corrected I strive to fix the issue.
