Each student will 1. research the pro and con argument for a controversial topic in psychology. This assignment encourages students to consider points of view other than their own. 2. provide a 5-page formal write up (using APA style, 6th ed.) for the topic, complete with at least 5 journal article references. 3. perform a 5 minute oral presentation in class summarizing his or her research results.
