aclaim(thesis)forthesite'srhetoricaleffectivenessorforthemostsignificant rhetoricalfeatures ofthesite.Astrongclaimisbothcontestable-reasonablepeoplemightdisagreeandpredictive

itwillsetupexpectationsforthedirectionofyouressay.

2.   Developyourmainpointsaroundspecificcriteriaforevaluatingthesite.Consider howthesite makesits argument, notwhetherornotyouagreewiththecontent.Analysisandevaluation rely onyourobjectivejudgments.Rememberalsothatrhetoricencompassesanytoolsavailablefor persuasion.Forexample,woulditbeusefultotalkabouttheargumentintermsofethos,logos, pathos?Mightyoufocusondesign,ease-of-use,orimages?Onaudienceorpurpose?
