write a 4-5 page research paper in which you argue either sports is good for society and how it benefits.
-make sure that you include a strong thesis, including counterarugments and plenty of proofs (with concrete examples),
-use lots of quotes (not long ones but short ones that have the 'best bits' of the quote in them) and you'll also have to EXPLAIN why the quote proves what you want it to prove, explain why they prove your claims.
-make sure to use about 3 or more sources (articles).
-tons of transitions (not just words like 'however' and 'but' but also 'idea' transitions that takes a reader from one sentence to another.
