Plant Name: Find the plants common and scientific name (It may have multiple common names).  Note scientific names are written in Italics with the first word or genus capitalized and the second word or species in lower case.  An example is:  Common name:  Garlic   Scientific name: Allium sativum

Directions for Research and Analysis: Find 5 sources that describe what specifically this product does in the human body.  Think about what you are reading.  Analyze pros and cons.  The types of questions you might want to be asking are:  What are the benefits? Side effects?  Specific actions? Do the sources agree?  Disagree? Which sources are most credible and why?   What further questions do you have?  DO NOT ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS HERE.  Instead organize your research and analysis into an Annotated bibliography.  The directions are outlined below.

• Short summary of source information in YOUR OWN WORDS
