Reflective Journal Writing

I want you to do 10 Reflective Journals  Writing. About leadership education each journal not more than a page. it should be published within the last five-year not older than that !!!

Critique

            Dr. Ziffel discussed the numerous problems that exist in today’s classroom with the inclusion of special education students under IDEA.  Dr. Ziffel spent a good deal of the article discussing the demands on the regular education teacher to provide additional teaching strategies and modification for special needs students.  He also points out that support for the regular teacher ranges from little or no support to total support depending on the district and building administrator.

            My Reaction

            I was amazed to read this article.  I have heard of special education but I had no idea that I would have to deal with these students in my sixth grade math class.  Where in the world will I find time to take care of these students?  It sounds like one or two students may take up the majority of my time.  What about the rest of the class?  Help!!!!!!  TRMW  Fred
