As mentioned in class, this first Reflection Journal should reflect where you are today with respect to your leadership and ideas pertaining to teamwork, based on your personal and/or professional experience. I strongly encourage you to use the results of your assessments to craft your paper.
Include a listing of your specific leadership actions and behaviors, a detailed description of your team leadership practices and skills, and a description of how the environment has shaped your team leadership practice and style.
Ask yourself the following questions:
What are my strengths and areas of improvement?
How do I like to communicate?
How do I handle conflict?
Do I like to be in charge?
Your paper should be APA formatted, between 3 and half pages in length, 12 point font, double-spaced.
