re-write thesis

 i am against r/c aircraft registration( specificaly r/c helicopters)  

Rc helicopter hobbyist now have to register their model helicopters with the FAA because of looming concerns raised by lawmakers pushing for legislation of unmanned aerial systems (UASs), commonly referred to as drones.  The rational for this project begins with my personal interest in this area of study.  As a Rc helicopter hobbyist, I have been following the developments in Rc aviation and the legislation concerning Rc aviation.  Also, there is a law that has been enacted by the FAA already on the flight of drones. The basis of my argument to the FAA is that they cannot regulate the use of Rc helicopters, as if they are drones.
