Question for Prof.MacQueen

In my paper I wrote the following and I need to illustrate it in the attached Excel spreadsheet

 

 

First a sample size of 300,000 was chosen to represent the population, and it will reflect the same characteristics of the population from which it is taken.  Next, the method used was Simple Random Sampling that is probability sampling.  The sample size is calculated using a 95% confidence level, and a 5% margin of error. (Calculation placed in the Appendix A). The result: to get a 5% margin of error, we will need to survey 341 (rounded) online shoppers, using simple random sampling.

 

If I need to rewrite this I can and resubmit... This Excel portion should have been submitted before midnight.
